Terms of Service
General Infomation
- I may decline a commission for any reason.- I accept commissions depending on my interests in them, therefore getting a spot is not first come, first serve.- A limit of 2 stamps per commission ONLY.- My turnaround time is 4 weeks, but it may fluctuate. An estimated time will be communicated.- Before it is your turn on queue, any changes to your request is accepted.
Payment
- My main form of receiving payment is through PayPal or Ko-fi. Any other alternatives must be discussed with me.- I expect 50% upfront payment upon starting on your commission, and the other 50% to be paid before sending out the file to you. 100% upfront is appreciated but not necessary.- If you fail to pay the invoice within 48 hours, your spot is then forfeited UNLESS an extension is requested otherwise.- Refunds are available until it is your turn on the queue. After that, refunds are not allowed UNLESS I am unable to complete your commission after 2 months.
Usage
- I will have the full rights to my works meaning: I can post it onto any social media platform, stream / showcase my works (including the process), add it to my portfolio, etc.- Please do not claim my work as your own.- My work is not to be used for commercial purposes.- I prohibit my art from being used in A.I training and NFTs.- Any works can be uploaded to any platform, credit is not needed but appreciated.

β Can draw OCs or any other character from a different mediaβ Ships A-OKβ No nsfw, full furry (anthropomorphic features are OK), and anything I may be uncomfortable withβ No previous card / outfit I've done UNLESS it is in a new pose

1. After you ask me for a commission and provide the necessary information, you will be placed on my queue2. When it is your turn on queue, I will let you know and invoice you 50% of the price3. I will begin to work on your commission after paymentI. Sketch will take 1 week
II. Line Art will take 1 week
III. Rendering / touch-ups will take 2 weeks4. I will then invoice you the remaining 50% and then deliver a Google Drive folder with your stamp(s) text and textless
What to Provide
1. A name to put you on my queue! Or request to remain anonymous2. Are you paying through PayPal or Ko-Fi? Provide an email if PayPal!3. A character sheet / card you would like for me to draw3. Any clothes, poses, expressions that you would like
